7 Day Diet Plans : Good or Bad?

The 7-Day Diet restricts you to eat certain kinds of food on specific days. Such a diet detoxifies body and leads to weight loss.
One first day have you eat certain kinds of fruits, next day you will be allowed to eat different kinds of vegetables. This diet lets you eat unlimited amounts of fruits and vegetables and will help you fill up your stomach and thus you don’t get hungry. It is believed that by going on this kind of 7 day weight loss diet you can have a positive weight loss result of losing up to 15 pounds.
On the first day of starting this diet plan you will be allowed to eat all kinds of fruits and veggies barring the bananas. On second day you have to eat just the vegetables, as much as you want to eat. Third day you can eat both fruits and vegetables intake.
On Fourth day you can have five bananas and five glasses of milk in the whole day spread out. By fifth day you start eating proteins and on Sixth and Seventh eat you have to include carbohydrates back into your diet but keep eating a lot of vegetables and fruits.
The 7-Day Diet is not a well balanced weight loss diet and may cause weakness. This weight loss diet will cause weight loss but you can not continue it prolonged period. This diet is not very reliable and thus should not be recommended.
