Katie Price set for world record book signing attempt

British model Katie Price is aiming to set a new world record for the largest ever book signing session.

Katie's record attempt will take place at the O2 Academy Leeds on July 27, where she will be signing copies of her new novel The Comeback Girl.
As an incentive to fans, each person who attends will have their name printed inside her next book.
Charlotte Bush, publicity director at publisher Random House, said: "The Guinness World Records attempt will be Katie's 113th signing with Random House and we are determined to make it her biggest yet - so big she's going to break the world record."
Price said: "I've always had a competitive streak so when it was suggested that I try and break a Guinness World Record for a book signing, I thought 'Bring it on'. I love meeting my fans."
Fans will be invited to register for the event - which is being staged with Waterstone's - at www.katiesrecordbreakingsigning.co.uk.
