US national Justin Warner was abducted in Pakistan.
Pakistani officials say that the relocation of abducted US national Justin Warner to the unsafe Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region is highly possible.
Pakistan has increased its military presence in the region in order to secure the safety of the American national, Fars News Agency reports.
Warner, 63, was abducted last Saturday by unknown gunmen in the city of Lahore, where he had been residing for the past four to five years.
According to local sources, Warner had been living in a compound at the Model Town area of Lahore.
Pakistan's Interior Minister Rehman Malik has ordered the country's authorities to find Warner.
The US national's guards and employees, who had been the only people found at his compound, are currently being interrogated.
